HELLO AND WELCOME

I am so thrilled that you are along for this ride and I am ready to help you take every exercise, meal and thought and turn them into the the best, most powerful version of YOU! You’ll be so glad you committed to healthier choices.

In the next 4 weeks I hope to help you develop a daily habit of exercise by realizing that you don’t need anything special to get going on your fitness journey. All you need is a small space, a few basic pieces of equipment and 10 minutes of focused effort.

It’s my hope that you not only learn how to easily implement exercise into your lifestyle but that you regain a sense of control over your life so that you feel confident 365 days a year and never have to start over again.

This is your online platform where you will access all the challenge materials. The exercises are broken down for you day-by-day. The manual is a once-off PDF that contains your grocery list, meal plan, recipes and everything you need to know about your core – read it thoroughly.

This is my favorite part of the challenge – the group support. This is THE best place to interact, ask questions, offer and seek advice. We have hundreds of women from all over the world on the group – all on the same journey as you. I am in the group daily so if you need anything – this is the place to reach out to me. EQUIPMENT NEEDED

The following is required to complete the exercises for maximum results:

  • Yoga mat
  • 2-4 x Yoga Blocks (soft, foam ones are best)
  • Resistance bands – small loop band, long theraband, long loop band OR cable band
  • Balls – large Pilates ball, small ball (kiddies ball is fine or otherwise a small Pilates ball)

  • Foam roller or additional rolled up yoga mat
  • 1-2 sets of dumbells (anywhere from 1.5kg/3lbs to 3kg/6lbs)
  • Yoga strap/belt/robe tie (useful if you’re extremely inflexible)
  • Chair or small, firm bench
  • Step or access to stairs
  • Access to a wall
