CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. The client shall be entitled to cancel their membership, by written notification to [email protected] within 5 days of activation of the membership (“the cooling-off period”).
2. In the event of cancellation within the cooling-off period, the client shall be entitled to a full refund, less any administration fees and bank charges, within 30 days of cancellation.
3. After the cooling-off period, no cancellations shall be permitted, and the client shall not be entitled to any refunds.
