The course can be done at your own pace or over the recommended 8 week period.

No. This course is perfect for beginners, even if you’ve never been flexible, can’t touch your toes and get sore just from watching someone else stretch 🙂 

The exercises and routines in this course have been meticulously researched and developed over years of specialized training and have been designed in a way that makes them completely safe, even for beginners. However, with any exercise program, you need to exercise caution and use your own judgment. Most doctors will advise that regular exercise only improves most physical ailments and conditions and it has been my experience that movement is its own kind of medicine.

In addition,  the exercises in this course include lots of variations and modifications meaning you can tailor the movements to your level. Plus, specific sections of the course focus on injury treatment and prevention and there is a routine and cheat sheet just for dealing with aches and pains.

Absolutely. You can increase flexibility and range of motion at any age. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll get flexible.

Nope. The program is, in fact, designed to be a home-based program .

Yes. The following is required to complete the exercises for maximum results:

  • Yoga mat
  • 2-4 x Yoga Blocks (soft, foam ones are best)
  • Large Pilates ball
  • Yoga strap/belt/robe tie 
  • Chair or small, firm bench
  • Access to a wall

Forever Flexible contains over 7 hours of video which include both practical exercises and theoretical videos.

You can watch the videos in your own time or follow the 8 week progressive guideline (recommended).
