Former professional dancer, long-time yogi, Pilates instructor and Postpartum Fitness and Flexibility Expert. I’ve spent 2 decades working with the body, learning how to master my own body and then help my clients master theirs. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients ranging from professional sportsmen and women, to artists, dance teachers, antenatal experts and mothers. I’ve helped them all, not just to heal their bodies and reach their full athletic potential but also to rediscover the joy of movement and choose healthier behaviors as a new way of life, all using my unique, multi-dimensional approach.
But it wasn’t always this way…
Growing up my mother was never healthy and in shape. She could barely walk at times and suffered with severe back problems. She had to undergo two different spine surgeries – a spinal fusion and a spinal rod insertion a few years later. To make matters worse she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000. She had to undergo radiation therapy as well as have a mastectomy. Despite recovering from the cancer, seven years later it was back – this time in her colon. She had to have a portion of it removed and while we waited for her to heal from the surgery to begin the chemo treatments, she caught multiple hospital-borne infections and died just one month later.
My mother’s story is all too common and is what made me determined to find a way to live a longer, healthier life so I would not end up like her.
My background in dance put me in tune with my body in a way I believe my mother never was. It gave me a love of movement and made me realize what the body is capable of when we respect and nurture it.
You see, my mother never moved her body and in today’s world, we certainly do not move enough. It is this lack of movement that I believe is causing us to age, get sick and die prematurely.
But even for those who agree, what I have found from coaching women of all ages is that knowing is not enough to change behavior. Knowing you should prioritize your health is not the same as knowing how to do it.
What often lies at the root of the problem is the unique challenges that women face. You see, it’s not that women are not capable of change or success. In fact, most of my clients are highly successful business women and homemakers, or both as we are now expected to be.
What I have found to be the problem is giving ourselves the permission to make health a goal – to focus on it the way we do our businesses and families. It’s a mental block that has flawed even the most successful women.

This program is ideal for anyone who wants to live longer, look younger and age better. Whether you’ve just had a baby or are going through menopause, you’ll find tools in here to help you find your footing and remember who you are and what used to “light your fire” so you can reclaim your vitality and zest for life.
This program consists mostly of mental training. You will have access to a library of exercises but it is not compulsory to do them. That being said, with any exercise program, you need to exercise caution and use your own judgment. Most doctors will advise that regular exercise only improves most physical ailments and conditions and it has been my experience that movement is its own kind of medicine.
Exercise is one thing, but full on confidence is about more than just what you look like. It’s about believing in yourself and loving yourself. It’s about having the mental, physical and emotional resilience to tackle anything life throws at you with grace and kindness.
