I am a former professional dancer, Pilates instructor and post-natal fitness coach with over 15 years experience in the fitness and flexibility industries.
I have spent years studying body work and have gained a deep understanding of how the body works and responds to movement. I believes it is every person’s right to experience freedom of movement and the joy of a strong, powerful, flexible body.
My mission is to help women safely rebuild their post-partum bodies and reconnect to their feminine power through movement so they can feel strong, beautiful and confident again.
I believe our multi-faceted bodies respond to healing differently. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
As a former professional dancer, yogi and Pilates coach, I combine dance-based conditioning with Yoga and Pilates. I am able to unlock areas of the body that most techniques on their own, don’t reach.
